Experiencia fantástica: Took Roll and Recover for the first time. OMG!! I never realized how important it is to roll out your body. The class was painful but after it was over, my body felt amazing. Eileen is so knowledgeable on how to work on your body’s fascia. All of the instructors at this gym are amazing. I’ve been working out for over 30 years and have been to many gyms. This gym is so unique. First of all, it’s gorgeous!! The facilities rival some of the best spas in Palm Beach. No exaggeration. Also, there are so many varied classes. My favorites are the Barre classes. They’ve totally transformed the shape of my body which is hard to do post menopause! The funnest class is Sweat and Swagger which is a great way to get a major sweat on. All in all, I highly recommend you try this fabulous studio. You’ll be glad you did!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Tribe. Great variety of classes. Finally a workout that I love and have seen great results! My favorite trainer is Amanda. She runs a Fight Club and Shred class. Super motivating.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Tribe! I’ve done gyms, Orange theory and Pure Barre but nothing compares to Tribe Studio! I love the variety of teachers and classes....you can get any type of workout from kick boxing, weight training. cardio core, barre, Zumba, yoga, foam roller, Step just to name a few. And the staff and teachers are very welcoming and supportive and the facility is gorgeous...very clean, bright and spa like. Highly recommend! You can try three classes for free :-)
