Experiencia fantástica: Love this place.The Best place for the cross functional movements, amazing people. Head coach Jordan is amazing and coaching staff are very helpful and cooperative. Its best place for any beginners, members here treat you like a family they encourage and keep pushing you until the goal Is reached. This place is like a second home. I highly recommend this place

Experiencia fantástica: Great "box" or gym. Never thought I would do Crossfit but finally decided to take the plunge and although the workouts are hard, it has been great. The coaches are awesome!!! I can't say enough about them, even if they aren't running the class you are in, they are always there for tips. VERY supportive and always pushing you in a positive way. I have bad knees, and if my knees preclude me from doing something as scheduled, they always have modification ideas. My knees have felt so much better since I began. The members are awesome - so welcoming and encouraging and friendly. I am really glad I decided to give this a try. Best fitness decision I have made in years!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best crossfit gym around, without a doubt. Great programming, that always leaves you feeling like you got an amazing workout in. The people are more welcoming than other crossfit gyms I’ve been to. The owner is a wonderful guy who really cares to see each person be successful.
