And I especially love that I can swipe myself in at anytime. Not only is the process convenient, it’s also secure. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to other gyms before moving to the neighborhood and this is the cleanest and very organized gym I’ve seen. Being member of the gym is like being part of a very caring family. They’re thoughtful of your family and very professional at the same time. I always look forward to workout classes with Keisha. She wants you to try and explore your maximum potential but at the same time she knows your limitations. She also encourages you to modify some exercises to accommodate your limitations. Whether you’re a beginner or been working out for a long time, Keisha has the proper workout and exercises that can be tailored for your need.

Everyone is always friendly and looks out for each other.... its the best neighborhood gym and she has lots of goals and passion she puts into the gym and it's future !
