Fit with Eve Personal Training

Experiencia fantástica: Eve's gym is such a great place. Very clean, state of the art machines, amazing selection of weights, bands, balance sticks, platforms and lots of other equipment, including high quality treadmills and Peleton bike. Eve keeps me very challenges by setting up a rotating schedule of exercises. She really watches to make sure my form is correct and she doesn't mind questions. I love going to Bar Belle 2 days a week. It's fun, inspiring and I feel proud of myself. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. I am not the oldest (lol) and I don't feel self-conscious. The other ladies are all committed and I have definitey gotten stronger. Love this place and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Where to begin? The Bar Belle Fitness Academy and Eve have been one of the best things to happen to me. Eve has so much knowledge when it comes to women's bodies and exercise. The equipment she has is fantastic and her workouts are killer. She is always finding ways to challenge her clients and come up with the best programs. Not only have I changed physically, but I have mentally as well. Best gym for women in Jackson!

Experiencia fantástica: A lot of people are intimidated by the idea of going to a gym and working with a personal trainer. I know because I used to be one of them! But training at the Bar Belle Fitness Academy has completely changed that. Evelyn is the perfect amount of fun and professional. She knows exactly how much to push and motivate you in order to get the best results. I never imagined going to the gym would bring me such an amazing sense of camaraderie but it has. All the girls feel like family and have become my true friends. If you're looking to change your body and your life for the better I promise this is the place for you!

Experiencia fantástica: Eve is a remarkable trainer! She makes you feel good about yourself while still pushing you to reach your goals. She is a constant positive light while you are working out and that is seriously motivational!! I have worked out with Eve during a busy time in my life when I was also struggling with a small medical issue and she was incredibly encouraging, understanding and kind. The women who train at Bar Belle are so fun to be around and you can vent to each other if Eve makes you work too hard! You will LOVE working out here!

I love the environment of her gym and the level of comfort she provides in training and working out. I have always dreaded going to the gym until I started going here and now I truly enjoy it.
