Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in for two classes. Both coaches were very involved with their athletes, provided good instruction, genuine encouragement, and did not over coach. The community of athletes were excellent. Friendly and welcoming.

I walk into the gym everyday with the biggest smile on my face and can't wait to workout. Everyone is so supportive and lifts eachother up. Coaches make sure to focus on proper technique to avoid injury and want to see the best you. I've been a member for a little over two years and would never think twice about switching!

Experiencia fantástica: Coach Amber is the best. Very professional and thorough when explaining the workout of the day. She is on the floor with you to offer pointers, suggestions and/or modified movements for the workout. If it's a partner workout and you don't have a partner, she'll jump right in and do it with you. The rest of the staff is also very professional and friendly and the community is very supportive.
