CrossFit^® AERO

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Awesome space. It was my first time trying crossfit and I have back injuries and such. Staff were very good at giving alternative workouts so that I could get a good workout in.

Experiencia fantástica: I started at Crossfit Aero this week and felt right at home. The coaching is structured and physical demonstration is conducted not just for workout movements but warm up too. The coaches I have met are warm and encouraging, thank you Josh and Adam. Each walks the class to make sure every athlete has good form and is correctly performing the movements. I am very happy with my choice and make Aero my new home the community of people rock! Many thanks to Sloane for the introduction to Aero!

Experiencia fantástica: I love it. The community is amazing, coaches are awesome. This is a very uplifting place altogether, you can get in with 0 experience and you'll be cheered and coached with the same kindness and care. Can't recommend highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: My brother and I were looking for a way to finally encourage ourselves to get up off the couch and make a change. We looked all over the land o lakes / lutz / wesley chapel areas and finally decided to try out AERO. We were pleasantly surprised. This place is a family to say the least. We were hooked from day one and could not get enough. We both recommend Aero highly and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Please do yourself a favor and come try it out!

Experiencia fantástica: I was a week drop in and the coaches were awesome, worked with me and made me feel welcome just as well as the community. I loved the lifting and gymnastic information I gained as well as the atmosphere! Thanks guys!
