Experiencia fantástica: This is my first ever experience with a F45 gym. F45 IGH is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! The trainers are helpful and supportive. The workouts push you to your limits and are so rewarding! My time at this gym has made such a difference to me already. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking into getting into great shape in such a great environment with great people.

Experiencia fantástica: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! F45 IGH is the best gym I’ve ever been to! It is an absolute life changing experience! My husband and I have only been going for 4 days and we are ADDICTED! The trainers are all amazing and wonderful to work with! They are motivating, encouraging, and so respectful of each individual regardless of their strengths or weaknesses. The whole class has such a positive energy which creates a safe space to grow together. I love the community and team building we share. I wake up every morning excited to work out and I leave class feeling so empowered and ready to take on the day! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 has such an amazing atmosphere! I've never been one to seek out team training and wasn't sure how I would like it, but I LOVE it! The coaches are awesome and there is always a positive and encouraging energy that has me looking forward to working out. There is a wide variety of classes and the most effective work out in just 45 minutes!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 IGH easily gets 5 stars + from me! The owners, the staff, the other members, the equipment, the entire environment and vibe is top notch. The workouts are challenging, creative and different every day! You come in ready to work and the instructors are there to push you and make sure you get the most out of your workout! It’s also located in such a great spot! I’m extremely thankful for this gym. It’s been the best thing I’ve done for myself in a very long time. Highly recommend trying it out. You will not regret it!
