Experiencia fantástica: My gym is actually awesome. The atmosphere is amazing. Rodney’s routines give you a chance to move your body in new ways every single day. I’ve come to realize using cardio machines, they are one movement patterns, which in time, can become boring. At Xtreme Fitness Unlimited, it gives me the chance to move in all kinds of different ways, which is awesome. And most importantly, it all makes me feel good. It's even – dare I say it – kind of fun. It's fun to move in new ways. It's fun to watch your progress. It's fun looking at the 5 lb dumbbells I once used and thinking, "look how cute and tiny they are." And then picking up the 25 lb dumbbells and feeling like a champ. At the end of the day, bodies aren't for looking at, they're for living in. It’s been the best investment thus far.
