Experiencia positiva: Overall it’s a decent place, lots of extras for what I’m paying. I normally use the cycling room and at least four of the bikes have been “out of order” for weeks. There’s three shower heads in the men’s locker room with no shower heads and there’s a stall with a shower door hanging off. Plus there steam room has not been working for weeks also. They started out strong but they are going down quickly, very sad to see and watch. Overall it meets my needs.

Experiencia positiva: The price is great, They have a reasonable amount of amenities. With weight, cardio, a handful of classes, hot tub, pool, red light therapy, massage chairs, price is definitely something they can brag about. I also think the staff is pretty nice. I've been coming for a month and I'm really grateful this place. The only complaint I have is their music selection. They blast different kinds of music and sometimes it's gangster music with cussing. They have childcare here so children are definitely being walked through this music to reach the child station. But even though I'm an adult, I also don't want to hear cussing or aggressive themes in my music. It's the only thing that feels very unprofessional here. I try to block it out with my headphones, but the volume needed could cause hearing damage. So to sum up it's a sweet deal here. But make sure you can stomach the music.

Experiencia positiva: Honest review: When people ask me if I like Crunch I’m always like eehh. I love how close it is to my house, the price point and red light therapy. Cons: Staff is hit or miss. Some friendly, some not. Also, if you ask a question: that changes daily too. No consistency. Also, how they did everyone that truly signed up before it opened and was promised a shirt and wasn’t given one. If you gonna give people your word, keep it. Most importantly, cleanliness. They change trash and pick up big trash but floors don’t ever get done. In between each machine are dust bunnies. You can see in the picture. It’s actually uncalled for to be this dirty. I go daily. The only day I don’t go are Monday’s. They need to step the cleanliness up or hire a company to clean at night. Please don’t use the excuse about times people come. I come at all hours and it’s dirty. They should actually deep clean every other week if not weekly. And clean on each shift. The red light therapy bed is dirty too. Always. I clean anything I use, before and after. I know I am not the only one that sees this. They would get a 2.5 instead of a 3 star but it’s not an option.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a great time at Crunch so far. The renovation they did inside looks amazing and the place really looks and feels brand new. The kids club is so helpful and their group classes are super fun. If you have any questions talk with Erika at the front she’s been very helpful settling me in as a new member. I’ve also been working with Ty for personal training. She has tailored workouts to my mobility constraints and it is really refreshing to be able to workout without injuring my knee over again, and overall has made me feel confident on my fitness journey. It’s only been a week and I already feel so comfortable and welcome at this gym. Gyms tend to be overwhelming for me so this has been a nice change. The overall energy of the place is positive thanks to the charismatic and high energy staff :)
