CrossFit^® 1836

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is awesome. They are very personal with you by checking on you and making sure they are doing everything they can to help you better yourself. If you need more time by scaling down, no problem. If your injured, not a problem either. They just want you healthy and moving. I love this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I was welcomed in by a very friendly and supportive community. Coaches and other members included are invested in my growth and experience. My nutrition coach was a huge blessing with everything she taught me and with keeping me accountable by checking in on me. My favorite part about my experience has been the culture this gym has created for sure

Experiencia fantástica: I have loved my experience at every workout since I started here 4 months ago, and the patient and encouraging nutrition coaching from Sharon, too. I've gained muscle, endurance, and confidence already, and I feel comfortable predicting that I'll get to most of my fitness goals within the next year. The best thing about this gym is that so many of the long term members and the staff are adults with life experiences including parenthood and injuries, etc so they do NOT try to push people beyond where they can safely do each workout. There is always an option to scale down a workout to whatever level you're capable of, and no one is judging anyone else. It's been GREAT for me to get back into working out and eating right after having my baby. She's going to see a strong, healthy Momma and I love that.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not really into exercising, but WOW. I have been to other CrossFit gym in the past and I hated it, too ‘snobs’ for my taste. But in 1836, it’s different. You do feel like you belong even if you never did CrossFit before. They have a nutrition plan that helps with your goal - with real nutritionists - and the classes are great!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome facility and coaches! The support system is amazing. I've been to several CrossFit gyms over the years and have never felt as welcomed and comfortable as I do at CrossFit 1836!! I also worked with Phil on private training. He was so patient and really cared about getting the movements across to me as well as and encouraging my progress!
