Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit is a scary thing to undertake. CFO is ideal for anyone at any stage of their crossfit journey. CF Optimistic was my third gym in as many years because my family is in the military. Coach Mike welcomed us literally one day and we started two days later over Labor Day weekend. Being a fellow veteran AND CF athlete was quite appealing. People come to crossfit for the athletic challenge, but I believe that at CFO, you will stay because you are treated as an amazing asset to the gym.
