Experiencia fantástica: I started my CrossFit journey in a completely different country and went from box to box once I was back state side I’m 100% comfortable with this Gym. It isn’t just a gym it’s a place where I’ve met new friends and great people. What other gym do you know of that has preset dinner dates every week and are constantly looking for any reason to hang out together. Aside from all of the top of the line equipment, intense Atmosphere all with the backing of the entire gym to hit those new pr’s. You aren’t just joining any other gym you’re joining the LIT Fam.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about this gym is amazing. The staff, the coaching, and the environment are all top tier. Erica and Eddie go above and beyond for each one of the members. Everyone is so supportive and it gives the entire facility an amazing family atmosphere. I cannot recommend this gym enough! #LitFam

It's never about how fast, how heavy, or how far you can go at this gym. It's about your journey and what you want to accomplish.
