I’m always excited to go in each day and see what’s in store for the workout. With David’s help and direction, I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and feel so much better physically & mentally! Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. I go with my daughter and we have a good time while getting a good sweat. David is wonderful to work with and very mindful and caring. This is a great solution for people who don't want the "big gym" experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so excited and encouraged by my progress towards a strong and healthy body. The format of semi-supervised personal training has made working with a trainer unbelievably affordable! The difference shows—exercising with David is so much more effective than slogging it out by myself without instruction and encouragement from a trained professional. The studio is immaculate and the equipment is top-notch. He will help you as much or as little as you like. You can do your own workout or do his suggested workout. I was not asked to submit a review, I’m just a highly satisfied customer!
