They are extremely knowledgeable in the biomechanics of every movement being performed and can scale any activity to accommodate and personalize the student’s current abilities even within a group setting. Joining CFHPP is the best financial, emotional, and physical decision I have made.

Experiencia fantástica: I started Crossfit Hidden Pond Park in September 2018. I have had an awesome experience so far ! I have lost over 20 pounds and have been continuously making progress in the gym daily. The coaches have been amazing and have pushed me to reach my goals ! Crossfit has become a big part of my life and I now look forward to working out everyday. I'm so lucky to be part of The Crossfit Hidden Pond Park Family.
