Experiencia fantástica: Amazing gym ran by world class coaches. Very comfortable, effective gym setup with quality equipment. The routines are challenging, and there is a focus on proper form, injury prevention and good-natured competition. Coaches are very observant of individuals' limitations and goals. For me this was a comfortable environment for a first timer!

Experiencia fantástica: Truly an elite sports training community....from the astroturf football field to the industries best equipment; convenient times/classes, knowledgeable and personable coaching... This place is a step above. Even with all of these things the coaching and leadership is what sets this place apart. They offer crossfit, weightlifting, instruction for high school/college/pro athletes, programming and evaluations for schools/teams, and so much more!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Godspeed in March and was not sure what I'd gotten myself involved in....I mean .....CrossFit at my age? But after 5 months I am in love with it.....well except for the snatch....the summer challenge was motivating...the staff encouraging and very knowledgeable. The other members are so friendly and supportive. I look forward to my workouts, which are challenging and have helped me lose 10 pounds and gain overall strength. Thank you Godspeed Staff.
