Experiencia fantástica: The IFS youth development program has been so good for my boys! They’ve seen improvements in condition, speed and confidence. Most of all, we like getting them out of the house with friends and working with the great staff.

And I acquired a great service because they really assisted me in what to do for me to lose weight. In just a week I lose 2kls and it made me feel eager to lose more!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym and very friendly staff! There is always someone there to assist you and they really want to help you. The facility is great and very kid friendly. They also opened a softball training facility in Orchard Park.

Experiencia fantástica: Impact is the nicest, cleanest, well organized gym I've ever been to. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and truly want their members to achieve their goals, whatever they may be. I live closer to several other gyms, but I drive right by them to go to Impact daily. A++

Experiencia fantástica: This is the ONLY place that I have actually felt comfortable working out. You walk in, and are greeted by each trainer in the building. You warm up stretch and choose to do your program, which they make up just for you, or the daily met-con, that is different each day! They walk you thru things that you do not understand and they push you when your mind is telling you that you just cannot do something. I have been a part of the Impact Fitness Systems family for a little over a year, and have had great results! I started here because they have an incredible youth mechanics program that has made my 9 yr old son, run better, and faster. He is consistently pushing himself, because he knows that he can only get better when he is there! For the first couple months, I watched him. I felt that I didn't need someone to show me what to do, I don't need someone telling me I can do it...Ill just do it on my own. THEN - i decided to give it a try, and LOVED it! I did need that push! I do need that greeting as I walk in, and the good bye as I walk out. I need that voice telling me to keep going, when I really just want to go home and lay on the couch for the rest of the night. If you are looking for a personable, outgoing, knowledgeable staff - try them out. They charge monthly - no yearly plans - if you don't like it, then don't go back - but I am pretty sure you will learn to love it, just like me!
