Experiencia fantástica: I've been stopping in for classes with Eric every once in a while for a couple months now. Once I got into a consistent practice with his encouragement I've noticed huge leaps in my flexibility, strength and body awareness. As a rock climber this has translated extremely well. I am much more aware of my body positioning and am able to climb harder and with a lot less effort.
Experiencia fantástica: Eric and those at TST are friendly, knowledgeable, and set helping each client achieve their individual goals. The sessions are very reasonably priced, expertly conducted, and leave you feeling healthy and refreshed. I highly recommend Tool Shed Training if you have fitness goals, whether physical or mental, that you want to achieve. They will not let you down.
