Experiencia fantástica: I had always been a little nervous and hesitant when it came to joining a CrossFit gym but decided to bite the bullet and see what the hype is about. Well, after my first class at Dispatch Fitness I 100% understood why some people choose CrossFit. The coaches were amazing, they knew it was my first time so they were patient with me and stayed close to make sure I had the proper form for the exercises. The other members cheered me on with words of encouragement throughout the workout. Oh and I loved that the music was loud and gave me that extra energy I needed! Love Dispatch Fitness and my new CrossFit family!!
