Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for the pass! I had a great work out this morning! With it being the holiday, I still saw 3 guys between 5:30am 7:30 am. GREAT GYM! No BS! I really liked your belt squat machine and your glute raise! I will definitely be back when we’re back in town. Definitely check this place out!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Gym is slightly smaller than mount Vernon fitness, but the employees are way nicer and get back to you way quicker. And even though the gym is smaller it has better and more equipment!! Not to mention it's cheaper!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in mount vernon that's for sure. Def competes with some of my top favorites of all time. Staff is always working hard and friendly. It's kid friendly so my kids can come if they have to. Power lifting area. Has tons of equipment for powerlifting. Friendly regulars.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in town! Super friendly and helpful staff and great equipment. I’ve learned so much going to spin classes and trainers are there in the day if you have any questions. What a better way to start your day with a good workout? Great way to start a great day and be a better you in 22!!!! Definitely my happy place ????????
