Experiencia fantástica: Best community to be part of! Great coaches! SO to Alex, Lisa, vikky and pretty much everybody!

Experiencia positiva: The equipment seems okay but I don’t know if maybe the instructor was having a bad day. I know it’s there job to motivate but I didn’t feel like he was encouraging rather he had a belittling tone. From the moment I walked in, it wasn’t a hype you up type of vibe. It was more like he was irritated that I didn’t get the movement’s right away. It’s better to focus on getting form down and work with each individual at there pace until you can build them up to speed to avoid injury. Granted there is an introductory class so maybe you should take that but still no excuse for the attitude.If someone doesn’t get it right away take your time with them. I just didn’t feel a very welcoming vibe from him. The workouts were not bad, I would say at the right pace you can get a good workout. Try it out if you want maybe he just didn’t like my face or something haha.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing coaches and gym. Great location. I'm a returning Crossfitter, but this time I also signed up my teenage kids. Working out with family is amazing. Highly recommend this Crossfit.

Experiencia fantástica: I love CrossFit storm. I started here in 2013 . Originally this warehouse was located at a different location and then they moved here which is more spacious and accessible for bigger classes. This place is fully equipped with everything I need to focus on my fitness goals. Many rowing machines, assault bikes that burn your legs , kettle bells, barbells, weights, and much more. Coaches are amazing, especially Vicki and Alex. They’re super motivating and professional, they Always take time while explaining movements and also correct you when you’re doing a bad movement.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the area for work and decided to toss in a workout. the box was right around the corner from my hotel. I have been doing CrossFit for many years and have had the pleasure to visit many locations around the world. CrossFit Storm has proven to be one of the best that I have seen while on the road. They had a great structure and were very welcoming. Thanks for your hospitality! I look forward to returning.
