CrossFit^® Witness

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love CrossFit Witness!!! I actually went to several other CrossFit's prior to attending Witness. I remained in Kendall simply because of the conveniency from work. I went for a week straight to different locations, and right when I was about to enroll at LA, I gave it one more shot and I attended a free class that Witness was offering. I don't know what it was, but as soon as I entered i felt extremely welcomed, something that all the other boxes were missing. I don't really have an athletic background which made me a little scared prior to starting, but I have a close friend who recommended it to me. Witness has been such an impact on my life, physically and mentally. Their coaching staff is incredible, although the classes can get filled up, the coaches manage their time efficiently and dedicate the proper time to each of the members. One of my favorite things believe it or not is the fact that they are extremely hygienic. It is very rare to find a box that emphasizes on sanitizing your equipment after its been used. Overall, if you are looking for a box to start at, witness is the way to go, I promise! Coach Elan, thank you for all you do! Not only are you my CrossFit Coach, but my LIFE COACH as well!!!! Because of you, I quit smoking!!!
