IMT CrossFit^®

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to several CrossFit gyms, but IMT CrossFit hits different. The programming, the intensity, the people, the quality coaching, the support, and (I’ll say it again because it is that important) the people! There are days I am there to move, but most days I am there to push myself. I am surrounded by people that want the same, so naturally that makes me push harder. I am a better version of myself since I joined IMT CF!

Each client gets special training and individual attention during WODs to help work toward his/her personal goals. Amazing CrossFit box!
