Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending this gym for the last 5 months and it has been an amazing experience. I've lost 25lbs and feel great. Vidal, Jorge and all of the coaches have been amazing and will help you every step of the way from the workouts to the nutrition. Also everyone in the gym does make you feel like family and pushes one another to be your best. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is thinking about getting in better shape and feeling good.

Everyone wants what’s best for you and your health and they will not sugar coat it. This gym is all about working hard and attacking your life situation head on. Experiencia fantástica: I have attended CrossFit Kingdom since May 2019. I am forever grateful for all the coaches, especially Vidal’s and Jorge’s, guidance as I have never done this type of workout before. These past six months I have lost a total of 20 pounds through proper nutrition and CrossFit at least five times a week. I have noticed inches lost, strength gained, and pushing my limits every time I go. Consistency is key!
