Experiencia fantástica: The whole staff at Soul is great , friendly, professional , knowledgeable, fun , inviting, and family (figuratively and literally) . On a daily basis you'll see yourself and people around you achieving goals , hitting PRs , and beyond . You'll see a mom and/or dad even grandpa lifting or doing crossfit while the young one is doing the same in their jr lifting class . So many great things to say about Soul and their program

Aside from the actual working out, there are a lot of intangibles here that make you want to walk through the door everyday. I love my Soul Family. Whatever preconceived notions you have about Crossfit in general, can be eliminated here. It’s a unique, special place, with great people.

Where you are a first time, never done "the fitness thing" newbie or a pro at your local box, Crossfit Soul has the unique ability to provide you with a proven method to attain whatever your fitness goal(s) may be. The offer generalized fitness classes, as well as more specialized coaching (including personalized program design as well as one-on-one personal training). You will not find a more knowledge group of people in the South Florida fitness community. If you're looking for the best gym in Miami, look no further.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great GYM. The Coaches and Staff are the best. They have a good community of members. I was able to go there only a few months because its out of the way for me since I do not drive. I would bike 14 miles a day just to make it to class, and it was worth it, tough unfortunately unsustainable. In a short time I got a ton of quality coaching from great Coaches like Danielle, Danny and Sean. If I lived near by I would still be at this box.
