Experiencia fantástica: Such a great place to work out. It’s a family. Everyone is encouraging. There are athletes that have been doing this for years and they motivate you to keep going. I’m one of the slower ones and never feel left out or out of place. Everyone does their part to keep the gym clean and there is always enough equipment for everyone. Coaches are tough and don’t play but are also really nice. Been here almost 2 months, I’m glad I started coming.

They take their time with providing information and teaching you the moves and techniques required for all beginners and once you start the regular classes as well. They are dedicated to giving you the best practices to get you going as a beginner or as an advanced student. Experiencia fantástica: From the first day coming into steel edge. I knew this was my fitness home. The coaching is focused on your improvement, and making sure that you understand the purpose of what your doing. Too many "crossfit" gyms are superficial with random workouts. The programming at steel edge shows the owner and head coach Eddy is dedicated to fitness and overall strength conditioning.
