Experiencia fantástica: Kieana is an excellent trainer and so much more. She’s the best cheerleader, listener, and coach. Her approach is holistic and personalized. She’s been flexible to both my physical and emotional health. When my ankle is sore (from a previous injury) she’s adjusted the routine to low impact; and when I’m exhausted mentally or having a stressful day, she includes some ball slamming and a listening ear. I’ve had other “terminator” trainers who were great, and I got results. However, I am so thankful that I’ve found Kieana – she’s special.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful environment and wonderful trainer! I'm losing pounds and inches, but I can also feel the difference in my strength and endurance.
