Experiencia fantástica: Each type of workout is about 15 to 30-minutes long...the concept of Isometric workout is about 15-minute to 30 min. of High Intensity under high heat. It really helps burn calories. Love this place. Love the fact that I can work out any time (24/7) because I have my own key access. I feel extremely safe because they have cameras everywhere. The owners are really nice too and are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this for those looking for a high intensity workout.

Experiencia fantástica: I currently have a membership to LA Fitness ...been a member for 7 years. I only recently learned about Hotworx through several friends. I joined 3 weeks ago and to my surprise, I love it. It's gives me a different routine to LA Fitness. The heat sweat gives my body a different wilorkout. I burn alot of calories. I love the fact that I can go 24/7. Plus I love being able to meet up with friends and work out with them!!
