Yoga On The Rocks

Experiencia fantástica: Finding Maita at Yoga OTR has completely changed my fitness routine. Since my first Tuesday night class with her, I've been hooked. She makes you feel so welcome, adjusts the practice for how the class feels, and has a wide variety of course flows. My personal favorite includes a ladder flow where she builds upon the moves throughout ending in a beautiful flow that feels like you've known forever. It's a lot of fun! My climbing partner says nothing but great things about Savannahs class as well, and I suspect you can't go wrong with any instructor.
