Experiencia fantástica: Fabulous studio to learn and practice pilates! The instructors are amazing and extremely knowledgeable about the body and movement mechanics. They offer classes and private lessons for all levels from beginner to advanced. The studio is beautiful and very clean, with a welcoming and open atmosphere. The location is very easy to find, and on the first floor. Plenty of parking is available. We highly recommend checking it out if you are trying to make wellness a priority in your life!

Experiencia fantástica: Great pilates class with Christina and welcoming atmosphere. She is very good at making everyone feel like they can do it and is an overall great instructor. Good vibes and great place if your looking for a group fitness classes. I'll be a regular. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Christina is very knowledgable about the body. She can be cautious and encouraging at the same time. She also likes to add variety to her classes. Her studio and equipment are very clean. There is a nice vibe in her studio. Pilates has made a huge difference in my life. I can tell that my core is much stronger than it used to be.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this place. Next month marks 1 year of attending classes 3 x a week. Our instructor is actively engaged, hands on and explains everything we do down to our breathing. The studio is very relaxed, and soothing. Everyone’s body is different, everyone’s level is different. We work at our own individual pace as she teaches us modified, or challenged moves. Pilates has been life changing. I have gained flexibility, my arms are thinner, I stand taller. I feel good!! Stop in if you’re looking to be a better you.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a student of pilates for many years. When I moved to Lorain County over 3 1/2 years ago, I discovered Inside Out Pilates. I was a little nervous changing studios at first. I think Christina is the best instructor, ever. My body has never felt better. I'm a plus size lady and not a spring chicken. Go ahead and give pilates a try. Your body will thank you.
