Experiencia fantástica: I am a first-time crossfitter and have really enjoyed my time at CrossFit DeForest so far! The trainers are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The studio has a great atmosphere and everyone has been very welcoming. Plus, the Couch-to-Crossfit program is very affordable and is a great way to get introduced to the program.

Experiencia fantástica: The coaches are amazing and very encouraging. The coaches make sure that you have the correct form and help you scale as necessary. The community is very supportive, welcoming and fun. I strongly recommend both the Couch 2 Crossfit program for those new to Crossfit and the regular Crossfit programs!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm not new to the exercise world , but this was my first time doing crossfit. Crossfit DeForest is not only a good place to start your crossfit love but it's family. I have a lot to learn and there is never any judgement on what scale of the exercise I can do. All of the coaches help us hit new goals every night as well has good form so you are not getting hurt. If you have never done crossfit bwfore, but want to, go here. Everyone is amazing and you will fall in love with the sport.
