Experiencia fantástica: Incredible gym. Top notch elite coaching. Community couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Everyone cares and very supportive. Coaches help me modify the training based on what I am capable of doing, not just blindly following a routine. Always helping me with techniques and holding me accountable. Giving me the push I need to push myself to be better.

Experiencia fantástica: I love FiveStar! Though I've only been to 4 classes so far, Shawn and Zach have been wonderful, modifying the workouts so I can complete them and still work out hard and feel as though I've accomplished a lot. They're excellent motivators who care a lot about my health (I have severe asthma and other health issues, so they constantly check on me) and ensure I'm not overdoing it. The facility is clean, pristine and lean, and the people who take classes there are also friendly and encouraging. When I had an asthma attack during one of my classes, everyone came over to see how they could help. I felt loved! I've never been to a gym where coaches take such personal interest in each client's progress and encourage growth as Shawn and his team do. Experiencia fantástica: Great workout classes that work with my unpredictable schedule. All the coaches and other gym goers help you feel comfortable. I wasn't expecting to as much weight as I did. It only took me 6 weeks to get into noticeably better shape. Very beginner friendly with scaled down workouts.

Experiencia fantástica: I reached out to all the gyms in the Bucks/Montco area and Shawn was one of the only people to contact me back. He has a true passion for teaching the methodology, and is willing to help out anyone. Shawn and Dani embody the culture of CrossFit and I encourage anyone looking for a life changing adventure into the world of health and fitness to find the right guide. These two are dynamite, and everyone of the coaches are amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: All the coaches here are amazing and really helpful. The owner, Shawn, is great and really wants to see his clients improve and works with them to reach their goals. All the other instructors are so welcoming too, and even just the other clients are welcoming and will always help you if you need it. Definitely the best box around!!
