Experiencia fantástica: This is the beat place! They truly care about their people. They teach you proper form and movement. Everyone that goes there is super supportive and encouraging! I cant believe how lucky I am to go there!

Experiencia fantástica: I started here a year ago and it has totally changed my life for the better! It was a little intimidating at first because I'd never done crossfit, but a few weeks in and I was hooked. I feel challenged every day, and my body shows it. I am stronger than I've ever been. The coaches are so cool and really want to have great relationships with the members here. They have summer bbqs, family and friends nights, Christmas parties, and more for the whole gym. If you're looking for a personal trainer but can't afford it, this place is a better bang for your buck because it's like having personal training but in a group setting and way more fun! Try it!

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit 138 has changed my life. Not only have I gotten stronger and more confident in my workouts but this new found strength has trickled over into my personal life. Growth is happening both inside and out! They know what they are doing which makes me feel comfortable and confident in my lifts. I have also developed great friends, it truly is like an extension of my family there at Crossfit 138!

Experiencia fantástica: Walking into the doors of Crossfit138 you are embraced with open arms as owners Dawn and Michelle greeted me with smiles and with no hesitations asking the very important question,"When would you like to start?" This little gym is fully equipped with bumper plates, rings, racks and enough barbells (both male and female) to host at least 20 people at a time. Their experience speaks volume as both owners know their stuff when coaching their members and best of all they have a children area in which allows members like myself enjoy a lifting session while my kids enjoy other children of Crossfit138 making it a home away from home. What can I say if a gym with a free kid area at no extra cost and one on one training by the coaches themselves does not catch your attention than maybe the fact that they won the Living Lungron Challenge will and that dawn is a former Crossfit Opens athlete. Come on and join the family you know you want to!
