Experiencia fantástica: Amazing crossfit gym and community! Lexi and the other instructors here make it feel like home (even when you struggle like me ????)

Experiencia positiva: This has changed to IronHouse. It has some SM equipment, but only what pieces are left over from other CF gyms. They are inexpensive and somewhat clean, which for most, like myself is not anything to deter from visiting. They have a stairmaster, belt squat, rouge equipment. It is worth a visit.

Experiencia positiva: Not a great experience. This gym has great equipment and space. My experience was paying for a three month membership for the price of one month which was a great introductory deal, but I paid for it without going to one of their free intro classes. Because I love OCR and climbing, I was sure crossfit would fit into my training well. So I go to my first class the next day and it was not fit for learning, I got zero workout in, and the male trainer was super awkward. The lead female trainer asked for feedback about how it went for me as a new person and I was honest and nicely gave her some suggestions. I never recieved any follow up or encouraging emails to come workout with them again. I realize it is my responsibility to be dedicated to going to the gym that I've paid a membership for, but I didn't want to go back and have that same experience. Also they advertise "peronal support" and "customized fitness plans" I feel like there should have been more outreach from them. And since I haven't been in three months, I had forgotten I was going to be charged automatically again (I realize this is my fault). I got charged and tried to get it refunded since I cannot afford a $100 a month membership to a gym I don't go to. All they could do for me was cancel future payments. ** Edit The gym got back to me and refunded the second month membership payment

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this gym since it opened! The programming and coaching are excellent. The coaches really care about each athletes goals and they work with each individual to attain their goals. Come in and check them out you will not regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a new gym and it’s the best crossfit gym around! Coach Charles is great. They have a class for everyone and the attitude and environment here is so supportive and encouraging.
