Experiencia fantástica: Over the years I’ve tried Yoga, CrossFit, Cycle Bar, Orange Theory, Personal Training and nothing compares to Ursula‘s pilates classes. It’s by far the hardest workout with the best results. As a 42 year old Mom of 3, my core was weak and after going to UK Pilates twice a week for 1 month I can already see definition in my abs. Ursula makes classes fun, adjusts you as needed and TRUST ME, the drive is worth it. I highly recommend UK Pilates. It changed my life and it will change yours as well. Experiencia fantástica: I love taking polates classes here.I feel stronger. My balance has improved. My body is changing for the better. I always feel like i have had a great workout when we are finished. Ursala always takes care that you are doing the exercises the right way. I highly recommend UK Pilates!

Experiencia fantástica: Ursula is a very knowledgeable instructor! She uses great verbal cues to help you focus on what your body is doing and to maximize the results of each movement. I've taken Pilates from her for over four years and I've never had the same workout twice. She's very innovative and is always giving me new things to challenge me. I wouldn't even think of trying another instructor... she's amazing! Besides all this, she makes workouts fun! She has a great sense of humor and is fun to work with. I love Pilates and Ursula! Experiencia fantástica: I have had the pleasure of having Ursula as my Pilates instructor for over two years now, she has changed my life, I am stronger then I have ever been and due to the individual attention she gives I have learn what is right for me. What I love about Pilates with UK is that she will have 3 to 4 people in the class and She totally aware of what each Indiviual person is doing and what their needs are. I remember when my boss and his wife thought I would like Pilates I thought ok I'll give it a try and since my first session I have totally enjoyed it , in fact I HATE missing a session for any reason. Trust me you won't find this kind of Pilates instructor just anywhere. Barb Mathis
