Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of 4 boxes across 2 states and 2 countries over the last decade and River Parish CF is one of the best. They do a fantastic job at welcoming new members into the CF family. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The members are friendly and helpful. How much someone likes the programming is always subjective but I am extremely pleased with the ratio of strength work and metabolic conditioning. It's the right balance for a 35 year old who would rather just move heavy weight but knows a healthy heart is most important in the long run. I highly recommend reaching out to Ray, the owner, if you're looking to begin getting into shape or if you're a CF veteran looking for a new box.

Experiencia fantástica: Can't reccomend this gym enough! The coaches are great, and the community even better! I felt right at home the moment I walked in. I am a new mom, and wasn't sure how I'd be able to find time to workout with my newly busy life. Ray had absolutely no problem with me bringing my daughter in while I worked out. I set up her swing, and got my work out in. The coaches would even help me with her when she started to cry. I can't tell you how nice that was. If you're looking for a great place to workout, and feel welcome, this is the place for you. 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Have told everyone I know about this place! A hidden gem and will continue to go as long as we are in the River Parish area! Everyone is great and we have been going there only two weeks and they have already made us feel like family. They have a 6:30 class that is perfect for my husband and I to attend after work. Kid friendly and we get the best workout!!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in from out of town while there for work. Everyone made me feel like I was at my home box, made me very comfortable; great group of people. Gym was well outfitted and had plenty of space and quality equipment. My only regret was that I left town before I got to go back!
