Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place for training - in my photographs you will see that they live as one big family. Children are also sometimes with their parents. My photographs cover only one day of their life - the Independence Day of America. Everything is great - they love sports - sports love them and give them joy and health. Wow !!!!!!! What kind of coach is pretty and pumped up - like a charged battery. The wife also matches him - helps in everything, caring and friendly. Of course, I think - that it is possible to alternate gyms, alternating different environments and loads.

Experiencia fantástica: Afeef and Christine are fantastic!!! I wanted to do cross fit for a while now and I am so glad that I started here. Coaches are fun, very professional, knowledgeable and always put form and safety first. Coaches are very patient and worked with me at my own pace. They pushed me in every class and helped me get stronger and better. Others members are like family and always support each other. It is a great environment and place to train. I'd strongly recommend CrossFit 3090 for everyone, whether you are a newbie or an experienced athlete. Specially if you are a newbie like me, please, please - give it a shot! Just give it a try here and you will not regret it.
