Experiencia fantástica: My parents live in Dodge City, so when I visit, this is the place I go for a great yoga flow and workout! The quality of class instruction here is just as good (if not better) as the corporate gym I belong to at home. Jyme is a knowledgeable and caring instructor for all levels of fitness. She has created a truly unique yoga studio!

I often have to modify certain moves when I’m in class and it’s so nice to have a welcoming atmosphere that pushes for doing what feels comfortable to your body rather than forcing what doesn’t suit you. The instructors have such positive personalities and truly make the class a practice session for bettering your spirit, soul and body. They’re always looking for ways to improve the class so things are never the same from one class to the next, which makes things fun! It’s such a gift to have this hot yoga studio in our town!

Experiencia fantástica: Such a wonderful experience! I was recently in town for business and needed some yoga to sort me out after a long meeting...I am so happy I found this place! The studio is super cute and clean, and the teacher lead us through an amazing practice. I left feeling happy and revitalized.
