Experiencia fantástica: The staff and members make everyone feel welcome and supported. The programming is done incredibly well and the facilities are top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great to sign the kids up for rigorous activity (adults come here too). They break everyone up by age groups. Gets them working and playing in a safe manner. They teach the kids how to jump on, off, around things safely. The instructors are nice and will even show the kids challenges through open gym times. The classes are good for learning new skills and building up to the next skill levels. Tests are required to progress and they keep kids safe through earning "bands" that signal what they are able to do around the gym, so the coaches can watch and keep them safe (from themselves). The kids are generally positive and friendly with each other and buddy up fast.

Experiencia fantástica: I used to train with Apex years ago and now my two sons are training here. It is a great place to learn Parkour and my boys love it. I highly recommend Apex Movement!

Experiencia fantástica: Great super flexible drop-in classes and unlimited open gym during scheduled times with membership. Top-of-the-line, passionate teachers. Equipment could use updating, but that's about to get better.
