Experiencia fantástica: February 21, 2020 - 60 minutes, 3.5 miles in the cold at Martinak. Also three days this week working with Teresa and feeling it. But in a good way. My body feels so good, strong and challenged. She pushes us to get through it; as I did this morning in the cold. I heard her in my head saying, "You can do anything for 60 minutes, 1 minute or 30 seconds." This is an incredible journey and I challenge anyone to take it on and work with Teresa. The kundalini yoga is so wonderful, spriitual, rewarding and puts you in a great place with you and your body and your mind. January 23, 2020 - 23 windmills, 108 frog squats and 30 minutes cardio. Feel great but all in honor of my very dedicated and extraordinary personal trainer Teresa. Highly recommend to everyone. I have had quite a personal journey since September, 2018. Due to Teresa's hard work, determination, drive inspiration and dedication, I have successfully lost 40 pounds of my former self and sent it far, far away. Tuesday, March 26, 2019, and I feel great. Teresa worked with us so great on Monday, March 25, 2019 and my core and legs never felt stronger. Headed to my yoga mat now to complete my homework and looking forward to class Wednesday, March 27, 2019. Sat nam...thank you for class today.

Experiencia fantástica: Mindful eating, accountability, positive energy...core strengthening exercises. Teresa has created the best atmosphere with a great mix of Pilates and yoga to help me lose 37 lbs so far! This program has permanently changed the way I look at food and exercise and I have never felt stronger!
