Experiencia fantástica: If I wasn’t over an hour away I’d make this my home gym. I compete in strongman and I visit this gym every other weekend to train. If your interested in strongman, powerlifting, weightlifting, CrossFit or anything in between this is your spot. Owner Will is always willing to put his own workout or what he’s doing aside to help you while your there . He truly cares about everyone that enters and helping them reach their individual goals or potential . Will is a very accomplished Strongman athlete and Coach Brandon is ranked 6th in the World in Olympic Weightlifting. If you want to be the best... you go train with the best. Go check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: So this is the second year that I have trained at Rehoboth Beach Barbell Club while on family vacation. I compete in the Olympic lifts and it has all I need. Will and his coaches are great! The equipment is in top shape. I highly suggest that you stop in if you need a great atmosphere to get some training in.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a cardio person and had never touched a barbell before, but The 9am strength and conditioning class was totally do-able. Jacob gave us a well-rounded workout and I was challenged to do my best but not pressured at all. Everyone was so nice as well.
