Experiencia fantástica: After trying many of the local gym/workout centers I came to CrossFitPace Patriot Pride. I try one class and that was it! I knew I would come in everyday and have a workout different then the last. It is always challenging me to be the best version of myself and to push to reach my goals. I started to have a mental break but it turned into so much more. I am stronger then I ever have been. Not only that the coaches are amazing and the people are family. Best box ! Experiencia fantástica: My teenage son does CrossFit classes here and LOVES it. Ms. Mica is his coach and she had him doing exercises I've never seen before. Here is learning a lot about core strength and endurance. Highly recommended gym!
