Experiencia fantástica: I joined Alpha &Omega fitness gym approximately 2 1/2 weeks ago. Let me just say the owner Brandon, and trainers are amazing. I never been to a gym that made you feel so welcome. I had been praying about what gym to join that would make you feel at home, and will help me reach my goal, well God kept bringing alpha &Omega fitness across my path. The members are so encouraging and motivating , full of energy. There’s so much to say about this gym since I been there. Let just you will have to come see for yourself. If you looking for a gym that’s going to push to reach your goal, well look No more, alpha &omega fitness is it. I hope to see you there.????

Experiencia fantástica: I first started going to this gym because of the encouragement of my daughter who loves it. And now l love this place! Certainly not because it’s easy. I am new to this type of work out and most likely one of the oldest in age. So of course I can’t do what others always do. What I love is that everyone can be working out together and still be doing a work out that is appropriate for each person. Brandon dollar is amazing! He loves coaching and giving individual attention as needed. He treats people the way that they would want to be treated. Brandon is so encouraging and uses no negative reinforcement. I love that he is a man that honors God and has an adorable wife. New friends that are so encouraging, a variety of class times and an enjoyable atmosphere with professionalism, this is what makes this place great.
