Experiencia fantástica: This is my fourth week doing a 6 week boot camp workout challenge. I enjoy it so much that I plan to join a membership when the challenge is over. In just these few weeks I feel good and I'm beginning to see results. Also the staff is very helpful and they encourage you in realizing your potential.

Experiencia fantástica: Hello I am Nicole. I am 51 years old. I was extremely unhappy with the aging process. I needed a change. I tried "other" gyms that promised a personal trainer and encouragement, I did not receive any of what was promised. I was left to learn on my own and even when confused about the equipment I received no help. I decided to make some changes in my life. I passed by OAF on my way to work everyday. I decided to stop in and talk to someone and see what OAF was all about. I met a lovely lady name Amy O. She was close to my age and I instantly felt comfortable talking to her. She took her time to explain about OAF and how it works. She was awesome. She talked me into a free2 week trial and I decided to go right into the "Hot Mom" challenge. I stayed with my trial and the Hot Mom challenge, this was because of my wonderful and encouraging trainer Chelsea H. and another very sweet and encouraging woman named Amy H. When Chelsea decided to explore other options outside of PA., to say the least I was sadden to hear she was leaving, but wished her the best. I have had two different trainers since Chelsea's departure, Rachelle B. and Laura C both are just as lovely as everyone else I have met at OAF. I can't forget to mention two other very lovey ladies who I now call friends...Tasha H. and Sommer . My experience has been awesome here at OAF. I have decided to become a member after my challenge is complete! This is a wonderful place to be and wonderful people as well!

Experiencia fantástica: My fiancée and I have been doing personal training going on 4 weeks now at OAF. It is by far the best training experience and I was in the military for 5 years. The meal guidance and training built around your goals is amazing. We are doing this together for our wedding in September and the staff is so supportive of us and our journey. If you are local or even outside the Franklin County area I would highly recommend joining. You definitely will not regret it and you will become the best you can be!

Experiencia fantástica: There's nothing like OAF in the Chambersburg area! Quality equipment, authentic camaraderie with other members, AMAZING workouts, and top-notch trainers who care about your personal development. I've never had much success with weight loss, but OAF has enabled me to lose 20 pounds and counting just in the past 2 months. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently joined OAF and I have to say I'm amazed. The workouts are tough but fun. The trainers are knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. The members are some of the best people around. And everybody wants to see you succeed. True family environment. I love this gym!
