CrossFit^® Depth

Experiencia fantástica: I never thought I'd be a CrossFitter... too much of a cult, too many people getting too many injuries, etc. I can admit how wrong I was. Working out here is like having your own personal trainer every day. Greg's programming combined with his ability to correct your form makes every workout rewarding and safe. After working out in my basement for years, P90X'ing,, Insanity, full set of dumbbells, etc., CF DEPTH got me into the best shape of my life. You gotta check it out

Experiencia fantástica: Greg is very knowledgeable for ALL levels. You will feel every bit and every burn if you also put in the effort. Not a lot of gym equipment here but when done right and with the proper technique you will be glad there isn't, along with a variety of ways to challenge yourself. I also love that each class is always different so boredom is NOT an issue! Finally, everyone is encouraging and truly cheers one another on. I don't think I can go back to a regular mundane and boring gym ever again. If you go, tell em Freebird sent ya!
