Experiencia fantástica: Almost 50 and 250 lbs. and finally learning why diets do Not work, and proper exercise. I have been a vegetarian for over 5 years and am just now eating clean with the proper amount of plant based proteins. I tried other gyms but it was just about the treadmills and pools. They got my money and kept me hoping. Now I am seeing changes and learning that working out and sweeting makes me feel great. I found a cute quote that I love, " You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow. You choose." I wake up and laugh when I am sore because it hurts so good.
Experiencia positiva: Great place, but, Google, has the hours of operations wrong.
