Iron House - Fitness & Conditioning

Experiencia fantástica: Was moved to Jeff City for the Summer for work. Drove half an hour everyday to go here (even when gas was 6$). WORTH EVERY PENNY. Almost all the equipment is brand new, and top of the line brands. The employees are top notch people. The atmosphere is great, Its a smaller gym so its never packed like the commercial gyms. If your even considering this gym a little bit, you should go for it. Cant say enough nice things about this place. Had to move back to school, this place will be missed. 10/10 gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym and the people that run it. I’ve never been a gym lover, but I started going to Iron House 6 months ago and hired JD Rifkin as my trainer. He teaches, encourages and motivates me and I am now a lover of going to the gym. The community of people I have met at Iron House, and their love for working out is infectious. I look forward to seeing these familiar faces, observing their dedication and progress, and hearing their words of encouragement on my fitness journey. I’ve had a lot of work travel recently which has taken me away from the gym, and I have truly missed it. I’m frankly surprised by this development and looking forward to resuming my weekly progress which doubles as my stress relief! If you are looking for a gym home, I highly recommend Iron House!

Experiencia fantástica: Iron House not only has an amazing vibe and culture, but they’re consistently working to make the gym better. It was amazing on day 1 with equipment that you don’t see everywhere. I can’t wait to see what there is to come this next summer.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym that I have been waiting for in Columbia! Top tier equipment. Talked with Peydon and he said the most important thing for them was building a gym with the right vibe. They did that and more! The whole family is personable every time you walk in! Glad to have them in town and better yet, two minutes from my home!

Experiencia fantástica: Local, family owned, wholesome atmosphere with top of the line equipment that every strength athlete could require. Ideal operating hours for early birds and night owls alike. In my opinion, best training facility in Columbia hands down.
