Experiencia fantástica: This is easily one of the best Crossfit gyms I have ever attended. Recently I dropped in for 3 days when I was in town for work and I had a great time. The WODs were fun, the members and coaches were very welcoming, and the facility/gear are nice and very well maintained. The best part of my visit was how well the coaches work with the classes. They made me feel like I was one of their own members because of how attentive they were to the mobility routine, safety, and exercises that I needed to scale.

Experiencia positiva: I did a drop in at West End and had a very positive experience. This Box is friendly, welcoming, and well-run. Both the coaching staff and the members went out of their way to make me feel at home, and I would recommend this box to other travelers and/or locals. The website is updated and tells you pretty much all you need to know!
