Experiencia fantástica: Whether you’re looking for a new home gym or somewhere to drop in this is the best place to get your sweat on. The owner and coaches are all fantastic and know how to help you improve in all aspects of CrossFit, whether on lifting or technical gymnastic movements or even strengthening your mental perseverance. The community the owner has built is amazing, everyone is extremely welcoming and fun to be around and often times people organize events to hang out and get know one another. Facilities are great, nice rig set up and plenty of barbells, ergs and other equipment. I highly recommend giving this gym a try!

Experiencia fantástica: Great trainers, nice equipment, great athletes, and excellent programming. I recommend this for both the daily WOD , as well as the senior 55+ classes which I signed my mom up for . She’s 67 and she absolutely loves it.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to quite a few boxes throughout the country and I would rate my experience at Ataraxia at the top of the list! I dropped-in from out of town and know I will be coming back here everytime. The facility is top notch, the community was extremely welcoming, and the programming was just what I needed to get my weekend started right. I can't wait to have more business trips in the area to have a reason to keep coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: Really awesome space, the owner was very friendly and welcoming to drop-ins. The first three workouts are free which is great for anyone looking to try it out. Will definitely be back when I am in town!
