Experiencia fantástica: Starting from little-to-no fitness experience at the beginning of the year and feeling better every week thanks to the great positivity of the owners and all those around me. Having the coaches focus on adapting to my current abilities and using proper form, I can feel myself improving every week! This is a great community to be a part of! Oh, and my teenage kids love attending too!
