Experiencia fantástica: Impressive. I've just started working out again after years of saying I would. I wanted to go somewhere where I could get back in shape without hurting myself. Lineage has been that place. Coach Andy listened to my background of issues and let me know I would still be able to go at it at the pace that I needed. He was super informative in the introduction and ramp up. He's a wealth on knowledge as are the other coaches. I've been a member for over a month now and I'm still showing up! Coach Whitney has provided great guidance and motivation along the way while brightening the early mornings with her positive attitude. It has been like taking classes and learning things about how to properly exercise while pushing you to sweat along the way. It's sometimes tough to get up at 5 for a 6am class and work for 12 hours but that's just the times I can go and it's a very welcoming atmosphere not to mention quality equipment and a clean environment and facility. 10/10 highly recommend.! Great music as well. See you all at 6. Maybe later on a rainy day. - Nickolas

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a gym home this is it. Lineage is different from the other CrossFit affiliates I have been in. This community is truly a family that celebrates you at all levels. At other gyms I have been made to feel less if I do not have a movement or have been told to just be better. Not at Lineage though, the coaches take the time to provide you feedback and modifications to not only improve you where you are at currently but propel you to the next level. The programming is fantastic to where you do not feel like you are always focusing on the same muscle groups or movements. Andy has created something special here at Lineage and I know that we would love to have you here with us :)

Experiencia fantástica: After taking a hiatus from CrossFit, I was really nervous to come back. I met with the owner, Andy and he was very receptive and respectful about my concerns and goals. All of the coaches were positive and encouraging as I got back into the swing of things and pushed me appropriately as I continued to achieve some of my goals and even strive to new goals. The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive and the members are very friendly, supportive and encouraging of all the other members. I highly recommend Lineage CrossFit, whether you’re a seasoned CrossFit athlete or new to the sport.

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for a great workout with an even greater community, Lineage CrossFit is the place to be. What makes Lineage special is that they care about each and every athlete that walks through their doors, member or not. There are athletes of all fitness levels who attend here, and Lineage has created a community where an athlete brand new to CrossFit isn't afraid to be part of the class. The coaches are educated on appropriate scaling/modifications for fitness levels, injuries, and the like - to ensure athletes are still getting the same caliber of workout that is programmed for the day. In addition to the quality of programming and coaching, Lineage makes an effort to get to know who you are outside of being an athlete - whether it's celebrating a birthday, work milestone, or simply hosting social events to get to know everyone better. At the end of the day, the owners are, to their core, good people. They have done such an incredible job of cultivating an inclusive community built on hard work and respect for all athletes. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new gym; I love it here!

Experiencia fantástica: "Lineage CrossFit" is more than fitness, it is relationships. Relationships with the coaches and other individuals that are coming day in and day out to seek betterment for their lives and health. When you show up regularly for classes, day in and day out, the coaches are there to show up for you. My money is beyond well spent because I know that the owner, Andy, and Coach Whit have my absolute best interest at heart. It's well spent because they understand me as a person. It's well spent because they care to understand what motivates me and drives my "why" day in and day out. Unfortunately, you do not get that at every facility. It's easy to be lost in a sea of faces or to become a number on a financials spreadsheet at the end of the month. Not here and not with these people. I don't feel that way at Lineage CrossFit and you won't either. Invest in yourself and put your effort, money and time in a community that will pay out dividends to yourself. You deserve to see improvement. You might as well get yourself into an environment where that has the best chance of occurring. See you there.
